“Kemprise Development and Trading FZE” maintains the www.kemprise.com Website (“Site”)
United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile and stipulate that the governing law is the local law.
Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards will be accepted for payment.
We do not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries.
Customer using the website who are Minor /under the age of 18 shall not register as a “User” of the website and shall not transact.
Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.
User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his/her account.
PAYMENT CONFIRMATION
Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt of payment.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Customer(s) can cancel order(s) within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment method used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
We accept returns within 7 days of receipt, only if the delivery packaging has not been opened or the products were received damaged, or the product was not as per the order. Please notify us and return the box in its original packaging. In such instances, we will endeavor to send you another or refund the payment.
We can only accept returns of products that have not been tampered with, are sealed and remain in the original packaging. If all these conditions are met, please send us an email and we will collect the item through third party courier from within UAE.
For international orders ship the product(s) back to us using a registered courier service and we will issue a full refund. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returned shipment if the product has been used or tampered with. Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable.

DELIVERY/SHIPPING POLICY
Once the order is confirmed, and if the item is in stock, the shipment is processed within 24 hours for orders in UAE and 48 hours for other regional and international orders.
For pre orders, the shipment will be processed within 24 hours for orders in UAE and 48 hours for other regional and international orders from the time the stock is received. The date for pre order delivery shall be announced on the site when placing the pre order. Due to the nature of products and the shipping schedules there is always some possibility of delays on receiving the stock for pre orders. Kemprise will strive its best to inform the customers in advance if such a delay is inevitable.
Only products which are available in stock shall be available for orders. Effort will be made to ship one order together as one shipment. If the order is split into two shipments, the customer will be informed in advance through the email.
All products are shipped from our facility in UAE by a third-party courier. We do ship internationally but some restrictions due to the agreement with the OEM may limit us to sell the products in specific countries.
Estimated shipping time for orders within UAE is 2 working days. International orders may take 7-10 working days to arrive depending on the country.
Delivery charges for the orders are calculated and processed during the checkout process.
